Making others great man is rather easier.
So, let's make everyone in this world great man.
Have you experienced that it's hard to understand a book when you try to read, but it gets easier to understand when you try to explain what you read to others. This is a skill. Every time I am having a difficulty to understand something, I prepare a presentation material because I become understand it while I am preparing it. This approach brings knowledge to myself and others.
Sometimes it looks like real world is non-zero sum game.
